This does not work at all. We just purchased it from nordstrom and nothing happens. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND.
To get any warranty service. I would have to spend more money to ship it to them and pay to have it returned.
Unfortunately, you don't get this information until you open the box and try it for the first time. What a rip off.

I love this little bidet. You still need to wipe, but the area is wet, so less wiping is needed, and it just all feels cleaner. Definitely recommend.
