This is such a great product for anyone with a baby! This makes it so much easier to trim their nails because you’re not afraid to hurt them or cut their skin. The grinder is very soft and gentle so I’m not afraid to hurt her with it but it is able to file back her nails. If you push too hard and shuts off which is also a good feature.
I use this on a regular basis to file my baby's nails. Its so easy to use. There is no possible way to hurt your baby's fingers with this. Using a standard nail clipper is always scary since our baby does not sit still. If you're expecting or have a baby, i highly recommend!!! 5 stars all around on this product.

I have only used this once so more but it was amazing! I don’t mind clipping my 4 month old’s nails but it is hard to get close enough to make it count. This did an amazing job shaving them all the way down and it didn’t hurt her. I would recommend!
Used it on my newborn every week now, including 1st day home. He doesn't pull away or even seem to notice. Not even when he wiggles and I miss and tap his skin. It is so light that it doesn't cut his skin or leave a mark. Highly, highly recommend. I have a pair of scissors that just scared me to even try. Definitely worth the cost. I use the white file on him. I tried on myself first and worked, too. I just have to remember to switch directions when I change hands to make it turn smoothly. (Up on level 1 for left hand, down on level 1 for right works best for me). Buy it.

By mail using your own carrier
You will be responsible for the return label cost. To return items by mail using a carrier of your choice, please repack the items (including all original tags), and ship them back at your own expense. Please leave a message of your order number on the return label so that we can recognize your return items properly, as well as put the hardcopy of Order Confirmation Letter inside of the return box. Any missing of order number or Order Confirmation Letter will cause delay of processing return. Shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our warehouse.

You may also ask our Customer Service Center for a prepaid return label, $7 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Returning or Exchange online orders in store
In response to the latest developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), all the retail partners’ stores nationwide are currently closed until further notice. At this time, we kindly ask that all items from online orders be returned back to our warehouse using the directions found above.
You are always welcome to return or exchange for free in any partner stores of Little Martin's Drawer. You have 30 calendar days to decide if an item is right for you. We offer exchanges and refunds on devices and partial accessories (please check the product page for details of return policy) with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Final Sale item(s) are non refundable. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process.
For free in-store returns, bring the e-receipt attached to your shipping confirmation email or the Order Form along with the item(s) you wish to return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. We cannot offer refunds on the item(s) that have been broken.
Little Martin's Drawer items purchased online, as well as incorrect orders, such as damaged, missing or incorrect items, cannot be returned in our stores nor online.
It can take the warehouse up to 14 business days to process your return once they receive the order. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days, thereafter. Meanwhile, your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Please allow up to two weeks for the credit to post to your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
